Meet Eileen

Hi, I’m Eileen! I’m a first generation bi-cultural/bilingual therapist, dance artist, facilitator, and consultant based in SLC, UT. I am the founder of Rojas Counseling & Consulting. I received my Master of Social Work degree in 2010 from the University of Utah and have spent my career working with teens, adults, and families from many diverse backgrounds.

The heart of my practice is to support those moving through life’s changes and challenges by utilizing therapy, movement experiences, art, outdoor sessions, workshops, and classes. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, postpartum, cultural based identity experiences, gender and sexual identity experiences, and life transitions. My approach to healing is culturally sensitive and somatic, emphasizing the connection between the mind and the body.

I offer consulting services to community organizations and businesses seeking to create positive change within their institutions. I create and facilitate workshops and retreats tailored to the unique needs of each organization I work with.

Whether you are an individual or an organization, my goal is to help my clients feel safe and seen and to maintain an equitable and inclusive practice that focuses on the strengths & interests of every human being I work with. There is no single approach that is effective for everyone and my hope is to work together to find what fits best for you.
