Approach to Therapy
Rojas Counseling & Consulting is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment that fosters exploration and growth. Our approach is somatic, experiential, trauma informed, culturally competent, and supported by evidenced based practices. We provide services in English and Spanish and tailor our sessions to the unique needs of each individual we serve. We also create equitable and holistic trainings and workshops for community and educational organizations. At Rojas Counseling & Consulting we value the connection between the mind and the body as an integral part of healing and well-being. Our priority is to approach each client with openness and authenticity and the hope of providing a space that feels supportive, equitable, non-judgmental, and honest.

Individual Therapy

Offered to ages 12+. Individual therapy can provide a safe and non-judgmental space to identify concerns, set goals, create a plan, learn skills, move through emotions, and work towards hope and responsibly caring for oneself.
Some sliding scale options may be available.
Intake / First Session

This initial session provides the therapist an opportunity to gather history, information, and create a plan with the client that best fits their needs.
Family Therapy

Family therapy can provide a space for family members to address difficult challenges and concerns within a family system. The goal is to help families move towards understanding and balance in the home.
Group Sessions

Short term groups are offered to provide space for processing, skill building, coping skills and a safe space to feel seen and heard by others. Reach out to Eileen directly to inquire about group offerings.
Consulting

Consultation sessions are available for practitioners, organizations, groups seeking support. Offerings include clinical supervision, staff support, meeting facilitation, and workshops.
